Request deletion of your information
Noybo is operated by Noybo Company, a one-person limited liability company registered in Saudi Arabia, under the Noybo brand.
Email ixbproductionsllc@gmail.com with the subject “Noybo privacy request”. State the business you contacted, the WhatsApp number used and what you want deleted. Include only information needed to locate the records. Do not send passwords, verification codes or private recovery material.
We handle requests manually and may ask for proportionate verification that you are entitled to request the change. Requests concerning a business’s records may require coordination with that business.
Our tools can redact message content and anonymize contact identifiers. Some structural appointment, duplicate-detection, security and audit records may remain. Cancelling a booking, starting a new chat or removing an integration does not itself delete stored data.
Existing backups may contain older records until expiry. Deletion from active Noybo records does not automatically erase information held by Meta, OpenAI or other providers; their processes and policies apply to their copies. We explain what action was taken and any limitations. These instructions are a manual request path, not an automated Meta deletion callback.
